Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for services provided by kashifibrar LLC. Because we provide custom, made-to-order professional services (not physical or off-the-shelf products), refunds work differently than for a typical online store.

Custom service work

Our work is custom-built for each client. Specific payment, milestone, and refund terms for any project are set out in the written service agreement you sign before work begins. That agreement controls for your project. This policy describes our general approach.

Deposits

Projects typically begin with a deposit. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable, because they cover time and resources committed to your project from the outset.

Cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has begun, you're responsible for payment for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any amount paid beyond that for work not yet done may be refunded, less the value of work already performed.

Retainers and ongoing services

For monthly retainers or ongoing services, either party may cancel with the notice period stated in the service agreement. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, but you'll continue to receive service through the end of that paid period.

Third-party costs

Costs paid to third parties on your behalf (software subscriptions, API usage, hosting, phone/voice services, etc.) are non-refundable, as we don't control those providers' refund policies.
